How do I qualify for the Layaway Plan?
It's Easy to qualify for our Layaway Plan. We do not Check Credit. Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and choose the Layaway Plan payment option.

What does it cost to use Layaway?
Placing items on Layaway requires a deposit of 25%, plus applicable shipping fees. There are 0% interest fees on our Layaway Plans.

How does the Layaway Plan work?
Once you choose the Layaway Plan at checkout and complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation.

Once your order is APPROVED, you will receive an email with your Layaway Plan Agreement and Invoice to make your Deposit payment of 25%.

If your order is DECLINED you will receive an Order Cancellation Confirmation Email. We reserve the Right to Decline & Cancel your order at any time.

By Default, bi-weekly payments are required. However, we also offer weekly and monthly payment options. If you would like to change your payment frequency, just email us at help@worldstarhairla.com and we will make the change for you.

Once you have made the final payment for your Layaway Plan, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly.

How can I make payments on my Layaway Plan?
Layaways can be paid in installments or in full. Payments can be made online using your Google Pay, Apple Pay, Debit or Credit Card. All Layaway Plans must be Paid in Full by the 90-Day Expiration Date.

All items put on layaway will be held for 90-Days with a deposit of 25%. If you do not complete your layaway in 90-Days or cancel before 90-Days, all items will be returned to stock and you will be issued a store credit. Store Credit can only be used to purchase items in our online store and in only one (1) transaction.
 
Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit. 

Can I cancel my Layaway Plan?
Yes, you can Cancel your Layaway Plan at anytime, however your Refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To cancel, please send an email request to help@worldstarhairla.com. Your Layaway Plan will be cancelled immediately with no questions.
