Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to domestic and international customers.

We offer free domestic shipping for customers within the United States if your order subtotal equals $500+ .

For international customers (Canada, United Kingdom, etc.), We offer free shipping for customers if your order subtotal equals $1,000+.
What is the WORLDSTAR HAIR L.A. Shipping Process?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail

Once your order is confirmed, the processing time will start. Processing Time is 5-7 Business Days, not including Sundays and Mondays.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS Tracking Number. You can track your order 24/7 at www.USPS.com
Note: We are unable to make changes to your address, name, forms of payment etc. once your order is placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring proper delivery. WorldSTAR Hair L.A. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
Processing Time
We typically process and ship all orders placed on our website within 5-7 Business Days. Please take note that our business hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm PST. Orders made after 7pm PST will typically start processing the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Mondays.
Update: Although our processing times for shipments are not affected by COVID-19, please note that shipping companies like USPS can still be affected by the impact and delays may occur.
Estimated Shipping Times
Domestic Orders are shipped via Priority Mail, which includes USPS Tracking + up to $100 of insurance and averages a delivery time of 1-3 business days.
International Orders are shipped via Priority Mail International, which includes USPS Tracking + up to $100 of insurance and averages a delivery time of 10-15 business days.

Canada & Hawaii = 3-6 Business Days

Important to Note: Shipping time stated is only an estimate and there might be unexpected delays caused by uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather, natural disasters, shortage of resources (trucks/drivers), accidents, and so on. WORLDSTAR HAIR L.A. always makes every effort to process and ship out orders within the stated time frame. Once a shipment leaves our facility, we are unable to control the transit speed of the delivery. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any delays once your order has been received by the carrier and shipped.
Custom Duties / Value Added Tax (VAT) / Excise Duties
International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover Value Added Tax (VAT) / Excise Duties charges by your home country and any applicable fees will be your responsibility to pay. Orders that are purchased from overseas are subject to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT) / Excise Duties, and any applicable fees will be your responsibility to pay. This is a standard practice in some countries and they are collected by your local government customs authorities. Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.
Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to WorldSTAR Hair L.A., it is typically due to insufficient address information.
Your package will be Returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information.
This can happen if:

The shipping address does not exist

The shipping address is misspelled by the customer

The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)

The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package

The addressee has moved

The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued a Gift Card and/or Store Credit minus the initial shipping charge. Please use your Gift Card and/or Store Credit to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. We also do not guarantee that your items will be the same price as your original order.
Lost Packages
WORLDSTAR HAIR L.A. does not take responsibility or liability for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. We will contact the shipping vendor immediately and open an investigation, as appropriate.
