REFUND POLICY
Our policy states that we do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer Gift Cards and/or Store Credit to use at a future time. Items purchased on sale are final sale and non-returnable.
Customers are advised to officially contact our Customer Service Department via email to Request a Return within 7 Calendar Days of receipt in order to qualify for a Gift Card and/or Store Credit. Any Return Request not received within 7 Calendar Days will automatically be disqualified and non-returnable.
