RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
WorldSTAR Hair L.A.'s policy states that we do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer Gift Cards and/or Store Credit to use at a future time. Items purchased on sale are final sale and non-returnable.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Customers are advised to officially notify our Customer Service Department via email at help@worldstarhairla.com, within 7 Calendar Days from the date you received your package. Request a Return via email within 7 Calendar Days of receipt. If your Request is Approved, you may qualify for a Gift Card and/or Store Credit upon Return Receipt and Inspection. Any Return Request not received within 7 Calendar Days will automatically be disqualified and non-returnable.
All products must be sent back in the original packaging and new condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties and packaging must remain in tact as it was when shipped and received by the customer).

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. WorldSTAR Hair L.A. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. All Clearance and Sale Items are considered FINAL SALE, Non-Returnable and WILL NOT be accepted or considered for a Return. The customer is responsible for all Return Shipping Costs in a product return transaction. Once Received and Approved, a Store Credit and/or Gift Card would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your New Order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a Gift Card and/or Store Credit is issued, it may not be redeemed for cash upon any circumstances.
Exchanges and Replacements
We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since RAW Hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify our Customer Service Department via email at help@worldstarhairla.com, within 7 Calendar Days from the date you received your package.
Using non -recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a return, exchange, replacement, gift card and/or store credit. If WorldSTAR Hair L.A. verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, WorldSTAR Hair L.A. will then exchange or replace the item.
If WorldSTAR Hair L.A. does not Approve and/or Validate the product(s) defect issue, we will return the item(s) in question to the customer at our expense (via USPS Priority Mail) without an replacement of product, gift card and/or store credit.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THESE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
Limitation of Liability
WorldSTAR Hair L.A. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. WorldSTAR Hair L.A. will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, WorldSTAR Hair L.A. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, WorldSTAR Hair L.A. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
